What does ACESS Plans include?

ACESS has three different plans to suit your centre/service operational needs. It is our aim to help all childcare and educational services to minimise cost, save time and increase productivity. For ACESS Basic Plus 2, a minimum of $10.00 per month or $1.00 per child minimum of 10 children in your centre/service and any additional child will be charged at $0.80 per child per month in an annual plan. For ACESS Premium 3P’s a minimum of $20.00 per month or $1.98 per child minimum of 10 children in your centre/service and any additional child will be charged $1.50 per child per month in an annual plan. You can increase or decrease the number of children quantity in your subscription and cancel anytime. This subscription plan is ideal for all new and well-established centres including preschool, long day care, family day care and out of school care hours services. Great news for business owners and centre managers who operates with many branches of over 200 children you’ll be rewarded with a cap of $280 a month for every three centres/services with our ACESS Premium 3P’s annual plan.

Can I change the number of children in my Subscription Plan after joining?

Our unique billing system automatically assesses the number of children in your plan and adjusts your plan accordingly from month to month.

Does the system allow us to run reports?

Yes, our system allows you to manage and run numerous different reports giving you unmatched access to your data. All these reports and a comprehensive video library can be found via this link.

Can we export data for record keeping?

Our system allows you to export your data in either a CSV or PDF format which you then can choose to save or print.

Can I limit an educator’s privilege to view child/parent records?

ACESS allows Directors and Authorised personnel and to choose the level of privilege each educator has to child/parent information. We have several pre-set roles with various levels of permissions to be granted access to data.

Does each educator need a profile, or can we have one profile for the service that everyone can access?

We recommend that each educator has their own profile. This ensures complete transparency to both parents and Directors/Staff Personnel. Also, it allows educator to be efficient in their teaching and learning as well as it helps with productivity and future planning in relation to children’s development and outcomes. How protected are the information shared from ACESS?

Parents and directors/staff personnel can rest assured that ACESS is the most secure childcare management software on the market. We have had data security in mind during production of the system and have had thorough security testing completed during and after production has been completed.

Privacy, can parents view other children's documentation, photos, and videos?

No, as the parent can only view and read the information about their own child in the system. The documentation of each child in the service and access to the portal is only granted for the child’s parent/guardian.
